The Vivo X Fold sketch appears, the device may be similar in size to the OPPO Find N
The phone’s sketch surfaced, along with some added information. A tipster, Digital Chat Station, reports that the phone will feature a 7-inch main display. The OPPO Find N includes a 7.1-inch main panel. Now, It may be exactly 7 inches, or a bit larger than that, as it is on the Find N, we’ll have to wait and see. Another interesting tidbit that was revealed is that the phone won’t include a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
There won’t be a side-facing fingerprint scanner on this device, it seems
It is said the Vivo X Fold will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner. We’re not sure if one will be included under the phone’s main display, and another under its secondary display, or will it feature one overall. Chances are the company is planning to use an optical fingerprint scanner, though, or two of them. Now, if you take a look at the image below, you’ll see the phone’s design. A display camera hole will be included on the secondary display, and centered. We’re not sure about the main display, though, as we can’t see it here.
The right side of the phone’s secondary display will be curved, just like on the OPPO Find N. A rather large camera island will sit on the phone’s back side, while you can also see its physical buttons here.
Bezels around its secondary display may be uniform
The bezels on the secondary display will be quite thin, and it seems like they’ll be uniform as well. Chances are this phone will be made out of metal and glass, and ship with Android 12 out of the box. We’re not sure when exactly is Vivo planning to launch the device, but it has been leaking quite frequently lately. It is possible it will launch in H1, but we’ll have to wait and see.
