Google releases the newest Pixel phones during the Fall, and the same goes for the newest version of Android. We’ve been following rumors and reports about when the Pixel 7 is set to launch, and they all fall in early October. The exact day, however, hasn’t been set in stone. Reports pointed to the phone will officially launch on October 6th.
But, the Pixel 7 might actually have a different launch date
Right now, there’s still a lot up in the air about the Pixel 7, and the launch date is no different. After the reports that the phone was set to launch on October 13th. However, according to Abhishek Yadav on Twitter, the phone could actually launch on October 9th. That’s a few days earlier than we initially thought. You’ll want to take this news with a grain of salt, as this is just a rumor at the moment. We should get more information on this subject as we get closer to the actual launch. There’s not too much time to wait now. We know that the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will launch with a moderately changed design compared to the Pixel 6 phones. Powering them will be the second-generation Tensor chips which should be faster than the current ones powering the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6a. Along with that, these phones will launch with Android 13 out of the box, so they’ll have the best that Android can offer. We’re still going to need to wait on details like price in the coming weeks and months. It shouldn’t be too long before we get more information on these phones.
