The stable Android 13 update for the Galaxy S22 trio comes with firmware version S90*BXXU2BVJA. This was previously confirmed by the aforementioned accidental release. For beta users, it will be a small incremental update (likely less than a gigabyte) to the stable version. But those directly jumping from Android 12 will get a massive OTA (over the air) update weighing almost 3GB. Samsung launched One UI 5.0 beta programs for the Galaxy S22 series in the US, the UK, South Korea, Germany, Poland, China, and India. As said earlier, you can check for updates from the Settings app. Simply go to the Software update menu and tap on Download and install. If an update is available, you will be prompted to download it. If you don’t see any update, you will have to wait a day or two. Android 13 should be available to all Galaxy S22 users globally within this week. If you’re on metered a mobile data plan, make sure to connect your phone to a stable Wi-Fi network before downloading the OTA package.
