Since Samsung has such a large user base, there are a lot of people who actually use the Samsung Keyboard. It’s gathered a robust collection of features over the years, and it’s in direct competition with Gboard. Now, there’s a new update that brings improvements to Samsung Keyboard GSM Arena posted a screenshot showing a long list of additions and fixes coming to the keyboard. For starters, One UI 4 introduced a “Suggest Text Correction” feature, and it’s been improved with this update....

Samsung’s earnings report doesn’t break down the sales volume of the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 phones. However, the company states that the latest flagships brought “significant revenue growth” from their predecessors a year earlier. This either means the new phones have sold in more quantity or buyers are preferring the expensive models (Plus and Ultra) over the vanilla Galaxy S22. Either way, Samsung seems to be pleased with the sales of its 2022 flagships....

Naturally, getting the One UI 4.0 update also means that these devices will get Android 12. One UI 4.0 is currently under development with no word on a release timeline for the stable build. Phones like the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and the Galaxy S21 Ultra are reportedly top of the list. The unreleased Galaxy S21 FE will get the Android 12/One UI 4.0 update as well. Older Galaxy phones such as the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S10e, and the Galaxy S10 Lite will also see the new update....

This is more than most people spend on their gaming PC, so you’d think it must come with some pretty insane features, right? Well, it does certainly come with some great gaming features. And ones that any gamer would probably be happy to have at their disposal. Like the large and in charge 55-inch curved 4K Quantum Mini-LED screen. Or the 165Hz refresh rate. While many of you might prefer this Z-less naming scheme for Samsung’s foldables, this likely isn’t a permanent change. The Korean brand is probably dropping the letter Z in solidarity with the Ukrainian people, considering the markets where the name change is in effect. Oddly though, Samsung’s official website for Ukraine still lists the two foldables as Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. But these listings could soon undergo a similar change as well....

This should come as no surprise to people keeping up with Google. During Google I/O this year, the company stated that it’s going to optimize more than 20 Google applications to run better on tablets. This is only going to complement the optimizations present in Android 12L and Android 13. Google has been issuing optimizations for its apps so far, and there are more to come. We can assume that most of the apps will be optimized by the time the Google Pixel Tablet launches next year....

Son’s comments come in the build-up to his planned South Korea visit next month. The Galaxy A53 5G appeared on Geekbench The Galaxy A53 5G, for those of you who are out of the loop, is the company’s upcoming mid-range smartphone. The device managed to score 686 points in the single-core, and 1,874 points in the multi-core benchmark. This listing, which surfaced today, by the way, also confirms that the device will include 6GB of RAM. It is possible that Samsung also ends up offering an 8GB RAM variant, we’ll see....

According to Spotify’s earnings report, the company witnessed strong growth in subscribers across all regions this past quarter (via). Promotional campaigns had better than expected results globally, helping it add seven million net new subscribers. Latin America saw the biggest growth and accounts for 21 percent of all paid subscribers. Europe leads the chart with a 39 percent share, followed by North America with 28 percent. The rest of the world makes up the remaining 12 percent of Spotify Premium subscribers....

Take-Two bought Zynga for a HEFTY sum Buyouts are nothing new in the world of enterprise, and they range from a few million dollars to a few billion dollars. According to IGN, Take-Two just purchased Zynga for a whopping $12.7 billion. To put that into perspective, that’s almost 55 times more than what Sony spent to buy Insomniac Games back in 2019; and that’s the company that gave us the PS4/PS5 Spider-Man games!...
