Like the new foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 are also first picking up the November SMR in the US. Tron, a tipster, managed to get the screenshot of that roadmap, and has shared it via Twitter. As you can see below, quite a few Samsung phones are expected to get Android 12 by mid-2022. When it comes to December, the Galaxy Z Fold 3, Z Flip 3, S20 series, NOte 20, Z Fold 2, and Z Flip 5G seem to be in line to get the update....

One UI 5.0 new features and changes To start with, One UI 5.0 brings minor changes to the notification panel. The app icons in notifications are bigger and the text appears to be bolder too. The quick settings toggles are a bit smaller, though. The background opacity has changed a little. Elsewhere, Samsung has replaced the dialog box that appears when an app requires certain permissions with the default design that Google supplies with Android 13....

A new patent suggests the OnePlus 10 Ultra may not be dead after all This patent appeared on CNIPA, which is China’s equivalent to the FCC. It has been spotted by IT Home, and it shows the device in question in some drawings as well. Needless to say, this looks like the OnePlus 10 Pro, and the upcoming OnePlus 10T 5G. What you will notice here, however, is that the phone is equipped with a periscope camera, due to a rectangular cutout on the back....

Alert Slider has been one of the integral features of OnePlus smartphones over the years. But the company removed it from the OnePlus 10R and 10T flagships last year. Only the OnePlus 10 Pro had it. Rumors suggested OnePlus plans to reserve the tech for “Pro” models only and also lend it to its sister firm OPPO, which it merged with last year. It appears those reports were true. The OnePlus 11 Pro will have the extra physical key, at least according to these renders based on an early prototype of the phone....
