OPPO may have solved the crease problem, live images suggest that as well
Live images of the OPPO Find N have appeared. The OPPO Find N, for those of you who don’t know, is OPPO’s first foldable smartphone that will launch on December 15. The company teased this device yesterday in a video. The phone appeared in images earlier today, thanks to a well-known tipster, and now two real-life images of the device surfaced. These images appeared on Weibo, though the post has now been deleted, says Ishan Agarwal, who shared these pictures. If you take a closer look at these photos, you’ll notice that there is no crease on the display. This does not really guarantee anything, but it does give us hope. What gives us even more hope is that Pete Lau himself said that the company solved the crease issue. He said that in his blog post yesterday, on OPPO’s official website, when the company teased the device’s arrival, and confirmed its launch date. Pete Lau, OnePlus’ co-founder and CEO, is also OPPO’s Chief Product Officer, by the way. OPPO and OnePlus are sister companies, for those of you who are out of the loop.
OPPO made some huge promises
These are some huge promises from OPPO, and we’re really looking forward to seeing for ourselves. Let’s hope that the OPPO Find N is not another concept phone that won’t launch for consumer use. OPPO did announce the OPPO X 2021 at the end of last year, the world’s first rollable smartphone. That device did work, but it never launched for consumer use. In any case, if you take a look at the images below this article, you’ll be able to see real-life shots of the OPPO Find N. These pictures clearly show that there is no crease on the display, while once again confirming this will be a very compact phone when folded.
