The OnePlus Nord 2T features a flat, 90Hz display
As you can see, it comes with a flat display, with a display camera hole in the top-left corner. Its bottom bezel is slightly thicker than the rest, while an alert slider is a part of the package. Right underneath it sits a power/lock button, while the volume rocker buttons are placed on the left. The phone has three cameras on the back, accompanied by two LED flash sensors, All of those are a part of the same camera island in the top-left corner. OnePlus’ branding is present on the back of the device. The OnePlus Nord 2T includes a 6.43-inch fullHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. OnePlus also included Corning’s Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top of it.
8GB & 12GB RAM models are available, while the device supports 80W charging
MediaTek’s Dimensity 1300 SoC fuels the phone. This is a 6nm processor, and the phone also comes in two RAM and storage setups. The 8GB RAM variant includes 128GB of storage, while the 12GB RAM model ships with 256GB of storage. We’re looking at LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 flash storage here. A 4,500mAh battery is also a part of the package, and it supports 80W SuperVOOC fast wired charging. Wireless charging is not supported. The phone does offer 5G connectivity, and has Bluetooth 5.2 support. Android 12 comes pre-installed with OxygenOS 12.1, while there are two nano SIM card slots included inside of the phone. The device also includes an in-display fingerprint scanner (an optical one).
It has four cameras overall
A 50-megapixel main camera (Sony’s IMX766 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, OIS), and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera (Sony’s IMX355 sensor, f/2.2 aperture). The third camera on the back is a 2-megapixel monochrome unit (f/2.4 aperture). A single 32-megapixel camera (Sony’s IMX615 sensor, f/2.4 aperture) sits on the front. The device does include stereo speakers, and a Type-C port at the bottom. It comes in Jade Fog and Gray Shadow color variants. The two variants of the phone are priced at €399 and €499. It’s available to order starting today (in Europe, including the UK), and it will go on sale starting on May 24.
