One UI Watch 4.5 beta update starts rolling out to the Galaxy Watch 4
The One UI Watch 4.5 beta update is now rolling out to Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic users who had enrolled their devices in the beta program. The OTA (over the air) package weighs almost 800MB. So it’s a pretty huge update and should significantly improve the functionality of the wearables. If you’ve registered for the beta program, you should be able to trigger the download from the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected smartphone. If it doesn’t show any available update, wait for a couple more days and check again. You may also get a notification once the beta rollout hits your unit. Note that you will require to download an update for the Galaxy Wearable app from the Play Store before you can receive the One UI Watch 4.5 beta for your Galaxy Watch 4. For those who haven’t registered for the program, you may check if the registrations are still open in your region from the Samsung members app on a Galaxy smartphone. You will need to log into the app with a Samsung account. These features should roll out to all Galaxy Watch 4 users in the coming months.
