The Motorola Edge 2022 design & partial specs have been revealed ahead of time
If you take a look at the gallery below, you’ll see that the phone will offer a rather familiar design. It will include a centered display camera hole, and thin bezels, while the bottom bezel will be thicker than the rest. Three cameras will sit on the back, in the top-left corner. Those cameras will be vertically-aligned. Two Motorola brandings are visible on the back of the device, while all the physical buttons sit on the right. This actually makes the phone really similar to the Motorola Moto G62 that surfaced quite recently. Unlike the Moto G62, though, this phone doesn’t have a side-facing fingerprint scanner. We presume it will be located under the display. The source also notes that the Moto Edge 2022 will launch with stylus support. This smartphone is codenamed ‘Motorola Dubai+’, and it’s expected to launch in the third quarter of this year.
A 5,000mAh battery is also a part of the package
We don’t have much info when it comes to its specs, but the source did confirm the phone will carry a 5,000mAh battery. It will also pack in 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. When it comes to size, it is said to measure 160.8 x 74.2 x 8.2mm (10.1mm including the camera bump). So, it won’t exactly be small, not at all. It will be about the size of most modern smartphones. That’s basically everything we know about the phone. All the provided images are included in the gallery below, and the same goes for a video clip. That video basically shows the leaked renders, but in a video format.
