Google has opted to significantly increase trade-in values for the Pixel 7 series

The company is now offering trade-in values on iPhones with up to $1,055 in value towards the purchase of the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. As a reminder, those two phones start at $599 and $899, respectively. Needless to say, the iPhone 13 Pro Max will get you the most trade-in value, ranging from $900 to $1,055, depending on the storage model. Prior to this, the max trade-in value was $750. So, this is quite a difference. For the Galaxy S22 Ultra, for example, the max trade-in value is $975. That applies to the 1TB model of the phone. Those are not the only devices that Google boosted trade-in values for, though.

You can get a huge discount with your used iPhone SE (third-gen), for example

The company also increased the trade-in value for the Pixel 6, for example. Even the third-gen iPhone SE can get you a considerable discount. If you trade in a 64GB iPhone SE (third-gen), you can get $440 off the Pixel 7. The 64GB iPhone SE (third-gen) costs only $429 if you buy it new, so… that’s great. We are, of course, talking about the US market here. In Europe, you can not get near these trade-in values, it’s not even close. For those of you who do live in the US, though, if you’re determined to get a Pixel, these trade-in deals are more than worth checking out. We’ve already reviewed both the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. It turns out both are excellent smartphones, though not perfect ones. Google did improve upon the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro here, and in some ways, quite a bit.
