The Google Pixel 6 & 6 Pro confirm display differences between devices
You can clearly see that the Pixel 6 will feature a flat display, while the ‘Pro’ model will include a curved one. The thing is, the bezels on the Pixel 6 seem considerably thicker than the ones on the Pixel 6 Pro. The fact the Pixel 6 Pro’s display is curved probably has something to do with that, at least when it comes to side bezels. They usually look thinner when the display is curved. The thing is, the top and bottom bezels on the Pixel 6 also look considerably thicker. These are only renders shown in these images, of course, but still, the difference is quite noticeable. The Pixel 6 will sport a smaller display than the 6 Pro, but it won’t exactly be smaller overall.
Both devices will be quite large
Both of these phones will be quite large, with very small differences when it comes to designs. Google has no plans to release a compact Pixel flagship this year, unfortunately. The company, for whatever reason, decided to offer two large phones. The Google Pixel 6 and 6 Pro will become official next month, according to reports. They’re expected to launch on October 19, and become available to purchase on October 28. That hasn’t been confirmed by Google just yet, though. The two phones will offer brand new camera sensors, and will be fueled by Google’s very own SoC. The Google Tensor is the name of that chip, and it’s the first mobile processor from the company.
