The Pixel 7 appears in CAD-based renders sporting familiar design
As expected, the Pixel 7 will resemble the Pixel 7 Pro quite a bit, presuming these renders are accurate. Unlike its ‘Pro’ sibling, however, it will have a flat display, and one less camera on the back. The bezels on the phone are thin, but they’re not uniform. The bottom bezel is thicker than the rest of them. You’ll see a display camera hole, which is centered at the top of the display. As you can see, the white model is shown here, though it is made based on CAD renders, so the real thing may have a different color. What’s interesting here is that the camera strip’s black color reflects on the sides. Not on the entire frame, but just where the camera strip is located. The camera strip looks the same as the one on the Pixel 7 Pro, basically, and every similar to the one on the Pixel 6 series. The camera positioning is different, and the Pixel 7 will have one less camera on the back. The power/lock and volume rocker buttons sit on the right-hand side. The power/lock button is placed above the volume rocker buttons, of course, this is a Pixel phone after all.
It will likely include wide and ultrawide cameras on the back
The device will likely include wide and ultrawide cameras on the back. A telephoto camera won’t be included. This phone is said to feature a display that will measure between 6.2 and 6.4 inches. It is said that the Pixel 7 will measure 155.6 x 73.1 x 8.7mm (11.44mm including the camera bump). Its weight was not mentioned, while the rest of the specs are speculated, nothing else. The Pixel 7 and 7 Pro are expected to arrive in September or October this year. They’re expected to include the brand-new second-gen Google Tensor SoC, and ship with Android 13 out of the box.
