While you’re not saving any money on the console itself, Microsoft is tossing in some in-game currency for two games. Those games? Fortnite and Rocket League. Two of the most popular games out there. In total this bundle comes with 1,000 V-Bucks, 1,000 Rocket League Credits, and the Midnight Drive pack. The Midnight Drive pack includes in-game items for both games. So, if you like customization then you’ll probably want this bundle. For Fortnite, players will get the Dark Scully outfit, the Dark Scully Satchel Back Bling, and the Dark Splitter Pickaxe. Meanwhile Rocket League players will get the Purple Masamune Car, a Purple Virtual Wave Boost, and the Purple Zefram Wheels. Since Rocket League and Fortnite are both free-to-play games, those are included with the console. As are any other free-to-play titles. Such as Apex Legends and Call Of Duty: Warzone. Naturally though, they won’t be preinstalled, so you’ll need to download any of the titles you want to play. Though the Xbox Series S has typically been much easier to get than the Series X, they still have a tendency to go quickly. Just not as quickly. With that being said, we wouldn’t wait too long to make a decision on whether or not you want this bundle. If you’re trying to get a new Xbox but you only want a few exclusives and an easy way to play cloud games through Game Pass, the Series S isn’t a bad choice and will do all of those things for you.
