Harry Potter: Magic Awakened is a card collection and roleplaying game
Card collection is a pretty common genre in the mobile gaming space. In Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, you’ll be doing just that. As you play the game, you’ll be wracking up cards that represent spells, creatures, and artifacts. According to the Play Store listing, there are over 80 cards to use, and who knows if more will be added down the road? Those cards aren’t only for show, as you’ll be using them in battle. You’ll challenge opponents in PVP and PVE battles, and those cards will be your weapons. Looking at the screenshots, it looks like you’ll be doing battle with teams of up to three people. Since this is an RPG, those characters will be leveled up as you progress. From the screenshots, the battle will be on the stamina system. As the round goes on, you’ll build up stamina, and that stamina will be used to employ cards. Each card has a number associated with it that represents how much stamina that card will use.
There’s a large expansive environment to explore
In between card collecting and battling, you’ll be leveling up your character and exploring the expansive Hogwart campus. The setting is 10 years after the big battle with Voldemort, but you’ll still run into some of the popular characters from the books and movies. You’ll run into Harry, Hermione, Hagrid, and others as you play. Along with that, you’ll also stumble upon mysteries within that castle that will need to be solved. In case you were wondering, yes, you can pick your house. When you start Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, you’ll be able to create and customize your own wizard. Diagon Alley will be available for you to buy customizations and items for your wizard. You’ll use your wizard to travel throughout the castle, do battle, and yes, Quidditch! Players will play in Quidditch matches during the game. Either play against other players or practice to hone your skills.

You can’t get Harry Potter: Magic Awakened just yet because it hasn’t launched yet; however, you can pre-register it right now. This game launched in Asian markets last year and really wowed the audiences. With all of the features and variety in this game, it’s not hard to see why.
